Title: Staffing Coordinator
Objective: The Staffing Coordinator will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals interested in local per diem shifts. They will be responsible for scheduling and filling daily per-diem shift needs from local hospitals and clients as needed.

Job Description:- Identify client and medical facility staffing needs facility and manage the schedule of suitable staff
- Provide supportive leadership to staff
- Track and record placements and help keep personnel files up to date
- Communicate effectively with employees for scheduling needs and identifying client/candidate preferences
- Identify, source, and build a pipeline to recruit high-potential talent
- Screen potential candidates and manage the interview/onboarding process
- Stay abreast of all candidate certification and credentialing requirements
- Manage high-volume outbound calls to identify staff availability and facility needs
- Establish positive rapport with applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Manage and respond to staff, client, and facility queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Proactively contact and recruit candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities
- Experience in per diem staffing and recruitment required
- Ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Experience in the healthcare industry (Preferred)
