Sales Development Representative | Hybrid [Philippines]

Position Summary

Are you a driven and motivated sales professional looking for a new opportunity? Do you have a passion for closing deals and thrive in a commission-based environment? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

As an Inbound SDR, your role is to generate new business pipeline through inbound opportunities by helping prospects understand the value of our client. You will leverage excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and business acumen to build relationships with leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert on the client and its value prop.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for prospects and customers
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value proposition to customers
  • Quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM.
  • Evangelize with key decision-makers across all levels (including C-suite)
  • Provide additional sales team support on an ad hoc/as-needed basis

Technical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a business development/sales related role preferred
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • CRM experience, especially Hubspot, is a plus
  • Empathy, active listening skills, and a unique ability to uncover customer needs
  • A great attitude, competitive spirit, and love for teamwork
  • A “roll-up the sleeves” mentality
  • Strong bias to action, adaptability (fast-paced environment)

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
