Insurance Appraisal Services is seeking an experienced and proficient Office Manager to oversee dispatching, file management, and claims auditing. Office management requires a broad and technical knowledge of damage appraisal for property and all forms of vehicles. Additionally, workload management involves providing support for field appraisers and addressing all manner of questions and concerns of owners and clients. Lastly, file auditing requires the examination, managed correction, and upload of completed assignments.
We are seeking candidates with a proven record of success in this industry, the capacity to manage large volumes of claims, and the ability to work well under pressure while providing a service and team-oriented experience. Responsibilities:
- Process and dispatch incoming assignments and supplements.
- Supervise and status assignments to meet assignment requirements.
- Provide quality customer service to clients and property owners.
- Provide support for all team members, including appraisers and adjusters.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the claims office.
- File examination and requesting revisions.
- Support team members with revisions and compliance with client guidelines.
- Upload and complete assignments upon completion by team members.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
