Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Broadcast Marketing Manager to provide extensive services for China, International, and HK market, which typically involve:
1) Liaising with Market team on business and communication needs
2) Briefing internal creative team/ external agencies/ broadcasters and closely working with them on the execution of the creative plan/ material requisition and to ensure all materials are delivered with quality and on time
3) Presenting creative work to Marketing team to obtain approval from them and respective executives
4) Liaising with, and acting as the link between, International Market team and internal creative team/ agencies by maintaining regular contact to ensure that communication flows effectively
5) Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of broadcast projects
- Coordinate with both broadcasters and internal/ external partners to ensure smooth implantation of project logistic plan
- Work closely with the activation team and broadcasters to ensure all communication and materials deliver proper messaging and carry consistent Disney style and within brand guidelines
- Provide support in research on broadcast partner and/or latest trend in International media landscape
- Manage and maintain the database of broadcast marketing project
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of TV network experience on communication
- Event and Online production/execution experience is a plus
- Able to work independently with excellent problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good collaborative skills, project management skills and creative judgement skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Korean will be an advantage
