This is a Per Diem position
Need All Shifts!
The Visiting! Nurse Association is seeking an experienced LPN to provide pediatric high tech care to infants and children in a home care setting, under minimal clinical supervision, as directed by a Registered Nurse, and in accordance with an established nursing plan of care. There is often a need to work evenings, weekends or holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active State of Vermont License
- Previous experience working with special needs pediatric population desirable.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with individuals and groups.
- Ability to identify emergency situations and act appropriately to provide assistance.
- Ability to travel extensively in order to conduct a home visit.
- Physical ability to perform all personal care activities and other essential job duties per current agency standards.
- Ability to complete additional training appropriate to the job prior to assignment.
- Current driver! ’s license.
