Opportunity:
The Clinical Care LPN is an integral part of the care team and a key contributor to delivering high quality care that is compassionate, consistent and reliable for our patients, families and the practices within a medical home. The incumbent is involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider, provides technical nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned.
Education:
Licensed Practical Nurse, currently licensed in Vermont. CPR certification required within the first six ! months from hire.
Experience:
One to two y! ears experience in relevant health care setting or training program desired. Primary Care experience preferred. Proven customer service experience required.
This is a part time (20 hour a week) position at our Hinesburg, Vermont clinic. Clinic hours are 8-6 M-TH, 8-5 FR; specific hours/schedule of this part time role have not yet been identified, but will involve 2-3 Saturdays a year.
