Occupational Therapist - Psych - (OT - Psych)

Acute care/Rehab hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Occupatioal Therapist to join the team in their Home Health Unit. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:

• Interested candidates must have 1 year experience
• Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a OT and/or registered as a Occupational Therapist per state requirements.

An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evaluations, and maintain an open line of communication with patients’ family members and caregivers. They may have a number of specialties, incl! uding:

Acute

Hand
