Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

StartDate: ASAP Available S! hifts: 8 D Pay Rate: 47.50 *

Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an Adult population seeing approximately 5-7 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:

• Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience and be comfortable treating an Adult patient population
• Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an OT and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist per state requirements.

An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evalu! ations, and maintain an open line of communication with patien! ts’ family members and caregivers. They may have a number of specialties, including:

: Acute

Hand

Home health

Long-term care

Outpatient

Pediatric

Psychiatric

Rehabilitation

School

Required Qualifications

• VT licensed

Preferred Qualifications

• Homecare exp.
• Oasis exp.
