Education:
Registered nurse who has successfully completed formal education program approved by the Vermont Board of Nursing, or state or national accrediting agency which prepares nurses to function in advanced nursing practice. Must also be certified by national certifying agency recognized by the Vermont State Board of Nursing.
Experience:
Previous experience as a nurse practitioner desired.
Looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to see a full range of family medicine patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. Experience with or working knowledge of Patient Centered Medical Home model preferred.
