Home healthcare company is seeking a self starti! ng, highly motivated Physical Therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an Adult population seeing approximately 4-6 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:

• Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience and be comfortable treating an Adult patient population.
• Experience with Oasis C is required.
• Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.

A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting ! with a patients physical therapy, a PT also incorporates preve! ntative measures against the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier lifestyles. The settings worked in include:
Acute
Home health
Long-term care
Outpatient
Pediatric
Psychiatric
Rehabilitation
School
Sports medicine

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Oasis C

Preferred Qualifications

• Home Health experience
• VT licensure
