Fletcher Allen Health Care is currently recruiting a Manager of Rehabilitation Therapies. The Rehabilitation Therapies Department employs highly qualified and caring professionals from the disciplines of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Athletic Training, Speech-Language Pathology, and Audiology. The Manager has fiscal and operational responsibility and accountability for standards of care and patient care delivery for assigned treatments and locations. The Manager plans for, leads, coordinates and facilitates patient flow processes, financial performance, staffing, space utilization, and coordination of resources within and across sites.
The Manager ! leads and facilitates the development and implementation of pr! ojects, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
He/she demonstrates excellence in leadership, communication, problem solving, teamwork, and has the ability to foster growth in others. The Manager collaborates with administrators and other members of the health care team to design, evaluate, and improve patient care systems and processes.
The successful candidate will be an experienced clinician with a Master's degree. A strong commitment to, and experience in, quality improvement, fiscal responsibility and organizational integrity are essential. This position requires the time, depth, and personal engagement needed to create something of real and lasting value.

Requirements
Education: Master's degree required. Vermont License in specialty area required.
Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Athletic Training, Speech-Language Pathology, or Audiology. Supervision and/or management experience is essential.
