In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting talented individuals who are eager to pursue a career in the real estate field and promoting our programs to a wider audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to our real estate programs.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, online platforms, and email marketing campaigns, to reach and engage with potential students.
  • Create compelling email marketing content and campaigns to nurture leads and drive enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging and materials for different student segments.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize recruitment efforts and achieve enrollment goals.
  • Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to represent the Florida School of Real Estate Construction and Finance and build relationships with potential students.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and assisting prospective students throughout the enrollment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience a plus).
  • Experience in student enrollment recruitment and email marketing within the real estate or education industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology, trends, and career opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
