In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting talented individuals who are eager to pursue a career in the real estate field and promoting our programs to a wider audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to our real estate programs.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, online platforms, and email marketing campaigns, to reach and engage with potential students.
- Create compelling email marketing content and campaigns to nurture leads and drive enrollment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging and materials for different student segments.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize recruitment efforts and achieve enrollment goals.
- Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to represent the Florida School of Real Estate Construction and Finance and build relationships with potential students.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and assisting prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience a plus).
- Experience in student enrollment recruitment and email marketing within the real estate or education industry.
- Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology, trends, and career opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
