Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Co-ordinates delivery of materials, and the planning and integration of the all materials, equipment, and systems in accordance with the contract documents.
- Coordination of meetings and ensuring that all subcontractors’ daily and weekly reporting is submitted timely.
- Develops with the team the look-ahead schedule as well as other logistical schedules and activities.
- Constantly liaises with the consultants, inspectors and other trades on project matters and authority submissions.
- Develops project master schedule and construction progress monitoring during construction phase.
- Constantly work with contractors on micro-schedule and sequence of work to ensure high productivity and proper work sequence on site.
- Prepares tender milestone for each packages during procurement stage.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager and the Management
- Complying with the Company's safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for everyone.
