JOB DESCRIPTION
The Merchandise Coordinator, Site Operations will own foundational tasks related to product set-up, including: launch activity progress tracking to the item/color level; product coding; promotional and event support activities; purchase order and photo sample management and tracking; for assigned brands and regions, delivering a best-in-class experience for internal and external customers. This position will work closely with our product, site operations, analytics and engineering teams to deliver timely and accurate product launches, price changes. The position will also support related merchandising and marketing initiatives, bringing a consistent customer focus to their role.
Overview:
This role is responsible for timely and accurate product launches and price change management.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs daily and seasonal activities and executes to timelines that support merchandising and marketing strategies through site execution for assigned brands and/or regions
  • Creates and manages product-to-site tracking & documentation
  • Responsible for accurate pre-season product set up (PLM adoption & activations, online effective date) and verifies that all new products are pushed live
  • Manages assigned product assortments, brands, regions to deliver timely launches
  • Sets up products with all required information, including data entry (‘coding’) in multiple systems
  • Coordinates cross-functionally to gather, compile, maintain, track, chase and/or expedite required product information
  • Compiles list of site-level price changes in partnership with Planning/Merchant teams; accurately enter price changes into relevant systems
  • Supports promotional activity based on published calendar, including compiling site-level price changes in partnership with Planning and Merchant teams as well as pricing update data entry activities
  • Identifies process and procedural gaps
  • Manages photo requests
  • Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to look at computer screen for extended periods of time
  • This role has no direct reports
  • This role requires no travel
Qualifications:
  • BA degree
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Passionate about apparel and ecommerce
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and manage systems/tools
  • Understanding of retail and e-commerce industry
  • Beginner-to-intermediate proficiency MS Office applications
