Mô Tả Công Việc
- Develop and implement marketing plan for building materials, aligned with company and sales objectives:
- Implement approved marketing plan for year 2023 (POSM Production, Annual customer events, communication, promotion).
- Study current customer satisfaction survey and propose new method/way of doing.
- Propose new initiatives to increase brand awareness of responsible categories or new way of improving customer satisfaction/sales revenue if any.
- Prepare and plan content during the year following Branding direction.
- Manage Marketing Budget and Brand Compliance
- Manage and execute Digital transformation initiatives with cross functionals team (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Booking Web)
- Support within internal marketing team and collaborate across different departments to deliver result
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Educational Qualifications
- University graduated
2. Relevant Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant business majors.
- At least 2 year- experience in Marketing field, especially in PR or Content Writing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Can quickly adapt in new environment.
- High collaboration and proactive to seek for solutions
- Willing to learn attitude with high responsibility and ownership.
- Innovation driver is a plus.
- Analytical, logical and conceptual thinking is preferred.
- Good English (both in writing and speaking)
- Good presentation skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
